OUCH!

We've done it. We've had our first broken bone. Tonight at my parents house Haiden and Darrin were doing what they love (Playing Football) and Haiden landed wrong, after hearing a pop, and some very sad crying we decided to take him in. Can you see it? He broke his clavicle (collar bone).

Hard to scan a copy of a copy. He is very disappointed that he won't be able to play football. I am really hoping that he will get to play the last 2 or 3 games, perhaps if I beg the coach.... we shall see.

OUCH... Lydia can tell you all about how bad breaking a collar bone is. The worst part is there is nothing they can do for it. Lydia just sat holding her arm in the same position for weeks because it hurt to even move it. Poor Haiden... tell him we are so sorry!

Weren't we talking about broken bones about a month ago.

Oh, poor Haiden. Two of my kids broke collar bones. Painful and nothing you can do for them.

Thanks again for lunch yesterday, that was so much fun... I honestly felt like a total mess... said some stupid things... So, thanks for putting up with me yesterday! It was fun!

No way! Poor little guy. We have yet to have a broken bone, but I know it's only a matter of time. Three of Rachel's kids have had broken collar bones. Tell him we wish him a speedy recovery!
