Knocked out a tooth, or not...

Today, Raegan came running into my office - very stressed out, in a bit of a panic saying "Mom, I ran into Xander and knocked out his tooth!!" Great, that's all we need. So I march over to inspect the damage, Xander is standing there, not crying but holding something white in his hand. So I tell him to open his mouth - hmmmm no missing teeth, no chipped teeth, everthing seems normal. So I decide to inspect the thing in his hand. Are you ready?

It was a piece of POPCORN!

Haiden's Party

Today was Haiden's birthday party. I could not have done it without Darrin, he worked so hard and made sure that the kids all had a good time. He put together every activity for the kids and even a stats sheet for each of them to take home - all I really did was the cake! I think all of the kids had a good time.



Also a thank you to my Niece and Nephews (Kolten, Zane, Skylar) for helping with the party and tending my other kiddos.

Ahh Xander.

Xander, I have decided, is going to be my "urgent care" kid. He was and remains my only child to need stitches (cut his finger on a sharp metal lid), I am sure you remember the steel ball... And now, today...

I took him to the Dr. because of a cough. She checks one ear, then the next and says "I can see the tube in there waiting to fall out", to which I reply... Um.... He has never had tubes in his ears... So she decides to go get the "tube". Can you see it?



It is a little blue bead. Yep good times.

Kids are fun :)

I can't believe Haiden is 9 today. He is such a good boy and has a very sweet heart. He is all about sports right now, especially football. It is fun to see him and Darrin talking, playing, watching together. He is in scouts and loving it. Haiden is a very fun and energetic kid, he loves making people laugh.
